PS4 vs Xbox One vs WiiU

The next generation of systems is upon us and its going to be a war. I am hardcore so.... I will own every system, but not without an annoyed (and somewhat disturbed) opinion. I have lived through most of the valid console wars and I have some words about the new systems. 

If you ask why they are grouped together, that's because the were made in the same factory.

Sony revealed the Playstation 4 two months prior. Well, they revealed the CONTROLLER not the system. The system had to wait until 2013's E3 event. Of course speculation and bullshit would circulate for 2 months. Two long months and that brought the record number of mach ups or prototype pics of the system ever. Numerous websites would throw their creative cards in for a big circus of random supercrap. It,  to say the least,  got the fuck out of hand! Once E3 hit, the system was...MEH! Nothing like what the fans would dream of. Sony even mosaiced the system to leave us guessing about a black square.

Ta Da: the fucking PS4 and eye toy x. AKA 3D picture taker and 1080p movie recorder and Wii move mote toblerone radon detector. OH yes.

 It was rumored that Xbox's new console was going fully "digital rights media" restricted. Everything from how you play to the constant check ups were going to be integrated. Going a route that all of us seriously questioned on the spot. You can not call it a console if you cannot play used games, borrow, trade or play offline. It was an insult to the senses. They better say something at E3 or Microsoft is going be hurting.

$150 more than ps4? Is it because of the new media Blu-ray microsoft had to jump to?

The Xbox One is FINALLY shown and its priced at $499. With the help of cloud and a handful of exclusive titles MS is sure to be a contender. The PS4 system is finally shown at $399. Whoa. The crowd roared when PS4 really got dirty and had a behind the scenes vid about How PS4 can play USED GAMES. This is how you share,  they said. Fantastic. No DRM.

Well PS4 has won without saying. There are far too many pluses to ignore. 100 bucks less, plays used games,  doesn't spy on us WOW. Microsoft has seriously fucked up and gets what it deserves. ............OH wait. Then Xbox One suddenly does what we have all been waiting for.  THEY TURN AROUND AND SAY NO DRM AND CAN NOW PLAY USED GAMES!!. YOUR SYSTEM IS NOW CALLED THE "180"! Holy shit,  the stupidity is getting worse by the day. The ones who make the consoles we love have all gone and are now replaced by the very casual crowd catering bullshit morons that have saturated the system wars into something of a throwback joke rather than an entertainment conglomerate of success.

Maybe you can hang on till people give a shit.

 Oh yes and nintendo showed a few first party titles that are on a horrible hd/single player system with only one control per $399 purchase, and maybe two must have exclusives.  The new consoles are more important andwill get the full attention . Sadly WiiU will go the way of Virtual Boy.

Anime 2013

Anime fans are a dissapointment. There is absolutely no reasoning with a dub fan. Let alone an entire group of shiny happy everyones a winner socialite with nothing but white people problems to worry about. So we sub fans as a group have made it very clear that we do not support the mainstream in their efforts to moneize everything in thi edge r greedy path. Much love that they keep trying tobrin their garbage back nm to the mainstream, but the outspoken sub fans have had it, and have gone back underground to contine doing what they love. SR20XX.

"Playstation 4" AKA Orbis/Thebes

Hey! It's a touchscreen face plate.

PlayStation 4 was unveiled February 20th 2013 in New York around 3 pm. LIVE coverage spread through the net. Games Like Knack, Driver's Club, Kilzone: Shadow fall, Deep Down, Infamous: Second son, and Watchdogs blazed across the screen with tremendous force. Sporting an AMD quad core processor chipset the new PSX makes promisses of the Last game console. Ever.

Sony has only shown a mock up of the controller. There was no system to be seen. We will have to wait for closer to November to get anything more than rumors and speculation at this point.

The control looks damn good

 The Controller has finally gotten a new look, as well as some new goodies like share button and touch screen where the start and select buttons used to be.

They need a logo on that face plate. It's tacky.

 I have been an avid game collector for years and years. My biggest complaint could only be the controller. Those of us who have been with this since the beginning have all agreed that the control needs to be bigger. First party not third. They have done just that.

 The games released have been fantastic looking. But come on. you can't have it all. I'm proud of sony for coming out this quick. It has my full interest coming straight from the xbox. Eight years I have ignored playstation 3, but have recently given in.

Good to have support

 I'm glad I did. The reports say that the system is not going full 3D. Calling 3D a "fad" In stead are going the better route. Resolution. Ultra High Def 4K resolution.

 Games in the Future will not only be clearer, but have more memory so those tire tracks on the ground will be there for the entire game. No more disappearing.

Ubisoft's "Watchdogs" were there and boy it was no joke. It was a mix of grand theft auto with assassin's creed mixed together. The graphics are amazing. Going to be getting this Day one.

Anime 2013

I've made a list. I'm up to about 1500 titles alone now. I've slowed down a bunch and have come to realize that I'm not as interested in most of the new titles. They have lost me. I don't feel the got to watch this crap like I used too. Like the old days where I needed to watch something new. It's all the same. MEH,  Ill keep it to myself now.

Sailor Moon 2013

New Age Usagi

The New Sailor Moon 2013 is coming. As an oldschool anime otaku, this was crack in my impressionable youth. This 2013 series is closer to the manga rather than the simple look of  TOEI. I like it all so MORE I say!

I wonder If they will get down to Manga canon or mess around with 200 eps of nonsense again.

 Will Usagi and crew continue the same path as the manga? I would hope so. At this point most fans of the series were fans only because they were starved for anime at the time, and Sailor moon was all there was. Now we have limitless titles and no mainstream focus. I'll be there but will it be enough?

Dumb blonde? Nah. Plucky Soul more like. Usagi is way more refined that the english dub counter part.

 I did watch all of Sailor moon in Japanese and English dub growing up. I had a great connection through my aunt who was the one who got me hooked in the first place. She was able to get copies direct from the source. I wasn't picky. I had bootlegs all day long. Couldn't get enough. Can't wait.
